Colleen Williams
Colleen has worked in the legal field for over twelve years, both as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal. She is a certified paralegal who, before joining Altemus & Wagner, owned and operated her own paralegal business. She currently provides litigation support for Stewart Altemus in areas of pleading, discovery and investigation.
Shirley Tyree
Shirley has worked in the legal field for over 30 years, mostly in the personal injury arena. She possesses superior skill and knowledge about personal injury matters. She presently provides legal support and litigation assistance to attorney Darryl L. Wagner.
Logan Williams
When she is not answering the telephone, Logan handles the firm's accounting and bookkeeping functions. She oversees the medical records department and provides litigation support, primarily in the workup of personal injury files.
Melissa Medved
Melissa is the newest addition to the firm. Following her graduation from University of California, San Diego, Melissa worked as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal for busy litigation firms in San Diego. She has now returned to her home town and joined Altemus & Wagner. Melissa provides assistance in answering telephones, managing case files, medical record compilation and evaluation, and secretarial support.
